Return Policy - Cympad

At Cympad, our mission is to provide the highest level of service and support for every purchase that you make. However, if you face any difficulty with any of your orders, we have a list of convenient return policies on eligible items. 

For EU Customers

All European Union customers have a legal right to return the purchased goods without stating any particular reason. However, you must notify us about the return within 14 days from the day you received the order. Similarly, you will have 14 additional days to return the item. In addition, the refund should be deposited into your original payment source within 14 days from the day we receive the returned merchandise. 

We will bear the shipping and other costs of the return only when the item you have received is either defective or an incorrect product from what you ordered. Otherwise, customers need to bear the return shipping costs. 

General Return Policies for Non-EU and others

We will accept returned goods within 30 days from the original delivery date. 
We will only issue a refund when you provide proof of purchase and return the item unused and in its original packaging. 

Non-Returnable Items

You cannot return items that you have already used and that are damaged. Also, there are certain items, such as those sold during clearance sales or promotional events, which you cannot return. 

The Return Process

Email us at info@cympad.com, mentioning your order number and the reason for your return. You will receive a reply with instructions and the address to return the item. Customers have to bear the return shipping costs; however, we will refund the shipping cost if the item is defective or incorrect. 

Refunds

We will begin the refund process as soon as we receive the item and have inspected it thoroughly. Once your return is approved, you will receive the refund within 5 to 14 business days in your original payment source. Return shipping costs are not refundable unless the item delivered is damaged or incorrect. 

Exchange Policy

If you have received a damaged item and you want a replacement of the same product, write to us directly at info@cympad.com regarding the matter. 

Our return, refund and exchange policies are prepared in compliance with the standard practices covered for EU as well as international customers.
