Customize the SOUND of your cymbal set

CYMPAD Optimizer cymbal washers are made from a premium-quality cellular foam material and are a major improvement over conventional felt washers. Consistent in size and density, Optimizers provide superior cymbal suspension plus isolation from stands and mounting hardware — offering modern drummers a better sound and a natural, more comfortable feel in every drumming situation. 40mm in diameter with 8, 12 and 15mm heights for individual cymbals and stacks, Optimizer models also include a 3-piece set for hi-hats and an 18mm version for ride and larger crashes.

Isolation from hardware

Cympad Optimizer cymbal washers provide support and isolation between cymbals and stands. Made from cellular foam, they cushion contact with mounting hardware while allowing natural cymbal movement and resonance.

Cushioning Between Cymbal and Hardware

The cushioning properties of Cympad's cellular foam help reduce hard contact and stress between cymbals and metal hardware. Many drummers also tell us they experience fewer cymbal breakages when using Cympads. Individual results will naturally depend on playing style, setup and cymbal choice.

CYMPALS SPEAK FREELY

"I absolutely love my Cympad's. First off, they help make my cymbals speak freely - meaning they are not restricted in any way and can resonate freely. I love the color options. I recently picked up blue because it's my sons favorite color.
